Our letter to Mindy Weber says everything we are feeling about this wonderful home care company.
Mindy, we are so impressed with our first day of care. Everyone on our care team has made it so easy and are wonderful communicators who absolutely know what they're doing and love what they're doing. Rachel, Ellie and Ify have made us feel like we are your very most important clients. This by design, I am certain, but added to that are their kind, genuine and compassionate personalities that already have given us such peace of mind and validated what an excellent choice we have made to find ourselves in your care.
Thanks Mindy. It all began with you.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Home Instead for the past 6 years. In that time I’ve built some of the most amazing relationships with not just coworkers but families and clients as well. Being able to make someone’s day a little brighter or make someone load easier has been a joy to me. I couldn’t ask for a better office team. Cathy and Ellie are so hands on and always ready when needed. To ensure that Care Pro(s) are able to give the best quality of service to our client.

Home Instead has been a life saver! Several months ago, a change in health put my wife in a wheelchair and in need of a lot more support. A couple of her doctors suggested we get in touch with Home Instead to provide assistance around the house, and they were right. From the start Home Instead has been responsive, flexible, and supportive. Our current caregiver, Wanda, is truly one of the most patient, helpful, and wonderful human beings on the planet. She anticipates my wife’s needs, supports her at doctor appointments, and communicates well with me. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I chose Home Instead care providers after my mother, Marcia, was discharged from the hospital several years ago. I live out of state and needed quality, layered care at her skilled nursing facility in Phoenix which is now her home. From the beginning, the Home Instead nurse, Cathy, who evaluated my mom and managers such as Melissa have been a godsend. Melissa is such an asset to Home Instead and really gets to know her clients and their nuanced needs while coordinating all patient care. Through Melissa, I have had the pleasure of having a number of wonderful care pros assigned to my mother. Right now for quite some time, Marcia has had the privilege of being cared for consistently on different days by Monica and Lorena, respectively. These two care providers are loving, highly professional, dependable, engaging, and provide superior patient services for Marcia. They both are so focused on providing the best care possible and communicating important updates to me about Marcia's condition. Most importantly, Marcia adores Monica and Lorena and has really bonded with them. They make sure she eats well, engages in enrichment activities such as reading, puzzles, taking strolls, and that she's safe and well cared for. I am so grateful for both of them. They have made such a difference in Marcia's recoveries after a few different hospital stays. They literally have nursed her back to health each time. Lifesavers I call them - this entire Home Instead team. Thank you! Emma

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Home Instead in Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley area for the past several year and have been very impressed by the quality, compassionate care I’ve witnessed time and time again.
As a hospice provider, our patients and their families are at their most vulnerable and sensitive point in life’s journey. It is such a comfort to know that we can turn to Home Instead when additional care is needed, knowing our patients will be cared for in a consistent and professional manner. The care managers and care pros have always been top notch.
I have especially appreciated working with owner Kelly, director Amanda and their team. It truly is personal with this organization! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
