    I cannot say enough about the incredible support my family has received from the Home Instead/Honor Care Team. From the very beginning, their immediate responses to my inquiries gave me peace of mind, especially since I live 87 miles away. The team’s thoroughness, kindness, and empathy have made all the difference as my dad’s dementia progresses. Not only is he receiving the care he needs, but my mom is also able to enjoy much-needed respite, restoring balance and calm in our household. Brianna went above and beyond to schedule the right caregivers for my dad, ensuring his safety and comfort. Jennifer was wonderfully informative and helped organize my requests with clarity and efficiency. Dawn Camarillo was such a compassionate gem during the initial evaluation. She took the time to truly understand my parents’ needs and health history, which reassured us that we were in the best hands. The caregivers themselves—Doug, Charles, and Mike—have been absolutely wonderful with my dad. Their patience and dedication shine through in every interaction. I also appreciate the detailed notes from each caregiver visit, which allow me to monitor his care even from afar. Finally, the Honor app has been a user-friendly tool that keeps everything organized and accessible, making communication seamless. This team has brought us not only professional care but also genuine compassion, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

    I needed help in the morning getting my mother-in-law ready for the day and make sur she was dry. The two ladies were very good with her and accomplished everything I needed. They are welcome to return if or when I have need of your services in the future.
