When I called and explained our situation I was met with professionalism, courtesy but most of all a desire to assist me in anyway possible. During the initial interview, the right questions were asked. Information was taken so a solution could be found and presented. Follow up phone calls and home visits were done and Home Instead/837 found a solution to our situation. A care program was set up, started and has continued for several weeks. The care provided has been outstanding. All shifts were covered by professional and competent personnel. Pricing was higher than I anticipated but is "a fair market value". We have not been disappointed with the service we have received. I do recommend Home Instead for care for family and loved ones.
