Honestlysome of the workers are super rude and seems to be exstreamly annoyed that I came in on time to pick up my medication, not my fault you guys seem to run behind all the time , twice now I am waiting for my medication, I am always kind but this truly is getting on my nerves because they know I am waiting so they take extra long time even tho there is no line at all and 3 people working very upsetting tho only one worker is nice in the pharmacy

Worst pharmacy in the area. You will be much better off going to Albertsons or Walgreens. Pharmacy techs there are incompetent and pharmacist has no regard for paying customers and no willingness to help her incompetent staff. I will be switching back to Walgreens.

I’ve been using this Pharmacy for over a year and as of today I am going back to Walgreens. Yes I will pay more however they actually treat me like a person. This pharmacy has treated me like a number and not a person, this has happened often and not only to me but also my husband. They are disrespectful and act like they are doing you a favor instead of a customer with a choice of where they want to fill a prescription. Well I have a choice and I’ve made it. Upper management need to come in and clean house all techs and pharmacists and start fresh. I have several medical conditions and take lots of medications. I changed pharmacies to see how they were and originally to save a little money. At least at Walgreens they treat me like a person and say hello. At Walgreens they address me by name and offer savings assistance that they look up. Yes this actually happens, it’s what happens when a company or store has great staff, happy customers who return month after month. I’ve thought about leaving the Fry’s several time this last year, but thought ok maybe they are having an off day, especially with COVID and people being on edge, well I don’t think it’s that, I think that these people hate their jobs and they project this onto the customer. This store is great in EVERY OTHER DEPARTMENT. The employees are respectful and if you ask for help they do it with a smile....not the pharmacy no they growl at you and frown or completely ignore you for awhile and then act like your an inconvenience to their day when you pick up scripts. News flash guys, if people don’t get their prescriptions from you then you won’t have a job. We pay your salary by using your service. No customers no job and vice versa. As a small business owner our employees know that without those customers they would be out of a job. Or if their attitude or treatment of cyst was bad they wouldn’t be employed. Period. If you can’t afford to pay more, try Albertsons on Cave Creek or maybe your insurance won’t have much a difference. I used to use Walmart but it became inconvenient. They also treated me with respect and kindness. Honestly anywhere is better than here.
