- JRJulie RiedelFeb 13, 20261.0This place is the worse. I had called them 4 times. No answer. First time 20 minutes-2nd time 12 minutes never picked up. . I also had the manager twice try to get them to pick up — nope. I was appalled. I was so use to the kindest people at Walmart. I have never ever had anyone not answer the phone. Finally I got a hold of someone. So rude. I immediately did a transfer. Sadly you have to go where the Insurance allows. Good luck here

Fry's Pharmacy lost our business to an online provider who could actually help us obtain the recurring medication we needed. Barely communicating delays, not offering resolution, is ridiculous. I might even have remained a customer had I not had a second encounter in which the pharmacy refused to call my medical provider post-surgery to get prescribed medication cleared for my husband. My recommendation, save the headache this pharmacy will give you, and go online.
