- DDDavid DillonJul 19, 20251.0The store is in a good location, seems well stocked, the pharmacy is wonderful. But....This location is poor on checkout. There aren't enough manual cashiers. Only about 3 at most. And they have to also bag the groceries. No baggers. And there's no carts! Half of the automated cashiers are broken and closed.. Lines are always long. And today I see that they have batteries locked up! Well, one way to stop theft is presence. You need more employees working the most busy times. What good are automated cashiers if no one can use them? They are only good when a customer has a few items. Customers are standing and watching another customer try as hard as they can to deal with the technology. Only makes what's supposed to be a quick method of checkout even more slow than going to a manual cashier. But then the manual cashiers are doing all they can, however without a bagger, and big orders, and only very few, those lines are long and the wait time is long. I blame the management. The employees are doing the best they can with little support.
