  Three Excellent experiences at the pharmacy in the last couple months. Note that I'm skittish about shots. 1. Pharmacist Rainy was marvelous delivering my first shingles vaccination. 2. Rainy was equally excellent with the shingles second shot. 3. Pharmacist Robyn went out of her way delivering a tetanus shot at near closing time (I had just suffered a dirty puncture injury). Both Pharmacists were calm, efficient, reassuring, and skillful --- nearly painless!!

  The store is great, both the checkers, self checkout. Sometimes it checker comments on what i'm purchasing in the way of OTC stuff and says "you shouldn't buy too much of that." It's a bit invasive. Oh well. As far as RX I'd considered having my prescriptions transferred here but some reviews here are troubling. I don't know which pharmacist Rainy is, but after reading these negative things about the terrible customer service by Rainy speaking nasty and the mistakes made in filling, I'm hesitant now. The pharmacy may not be managed by the store manager. I'm going to check on which person Rainy is. There was a very nice man who's not been visible anywhere a year at least, but I had thought when he waited on me once for a specialty RX that this particular pharmacy was perhaps family run, and they hire their own employees. All I ever get from the pharmacsts here is Claritin D because you have to get it from the pharmacist and hand over your license for verification. The grocery people are always great, though.

  Always under staff, rude, and the medicine is never ready on time. I have to make 2 trips. It’s a hassle every time.

  If I could, I would rate them no star. Awful Service!! Made an appointment for my son’s COVID shot. checked in by an unfriendly assistant, filled out form and was told to wait for the pharmacist for the shot. The lady pharmacist gave us a look and continue with her work behind the counter, ignored our presences, no courtesy whatsoever to tell us if we need to wait a little bit longer. We waited for over 35 mins just to get a shot when we have already made an appointment for this, the shot only took her less than a min to do while she prioritized other tasks and made us wait. Very poor service, I took my COVID shot at other location, the service was much faster and friendly. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all, Will avoid this location at all cost.

  This is overall a great pharmacy! The only problem I ever have is with the pharmacist there. Her name is rainy! She is terrible, always has an attitude whenever I try and speak to her asking her questions about prescriptions and such . She even told me to go on YouTube for a simple question I was trying to ask her in person. Even though that is her job to help us who have questions. It makes me almost want to switch pharmacy’s !! Robin is the only respectful pharmacist there. Always so sweet and caring.
