- JSJC SumangMay 14, 20241.0I’ve had to call 7 times today b4 I can connect to a person. They don’t pick their phone & let it roll to voicemail 6x b4 picking up. This pharmacy had 2.5 - 3 weeks to order my meds but it’s still not done. Angie tech there made excuses but I told her to order even if I had to pay weeks ago. I called my insurance & miraculously it’s getting paid by insurance now. How do they claim to bill insurance when things keep going wrong. I tried to call the store mgr, but couldn’t get through. Go figure.

I asked the lady who served me why didn't you send out the email or notification to tell people that you don't have that vaccines? 2 people were behind me in the line and I saw they went to Walmart Pharmacy, it's walk-in and no cost. Just wasted my time and gas for this location.
