  Everytime i receive money i go to pick it up this guy raichio gives me hard time and asks personal questions that im not supposed to answer neither my social security .... Everytime someone else helps me i never had issues

  Before I tell you about how great the Pharmacy and Staff are, let me mention some names. The Great Pharmacist that have been so helpful to me over the years are: ANTHONY, SHAR and LEE. These are some of the most Compassionate , Empathic and Professional Pharmacist's that I have ever had! Now for the Staff/Pharmacy Techs: Jennifer (Jen) Super helpful and Caring Then Nicole , Kendra , and Heather are also very helpful and Caring. I am always impressed with how friendly and nice they all are even after working a full day shift! I have been picking up my Refills here for approx 15 years and Fry's Pharmacy and Staff have always taken care of me. I have taken some prescriptions that are hard to find and get but the Pharmacist would always get my new medications ordered so that I would have them. Many times the Insurance would put a "Prior Authorization" request on the pills and the Pharmacist's and Staff members always helped out and called my Doctor and dealt with my insurance to make sure I would get my Medication on time so that when I went in to get my refill they would be available. I feel so bad for this Pharmacy Crew because they are some of the most over worked employee's and they don't always receive the Love and Thanks that they deserve. Working with insurances, Doctors offices and all the regulations of medicine's and what day they can be released can get people angry when they can't get their meds. I totally understand that but you can't take it out on these great employee's at the Pharmacy. Believe me, they want you to be happy and get your medicine! i can guarantee that 99.99% of the time it was not their fault for things not working out. Just remember that next time you go in and the Doctor forgot to call or the nurse didn't give the correct info or your short on pills because you went over the amount prescribed by mistake and Please give them a break. They are the ones that are trying to help you get your medicine and want to see you get it and do well. Try next time to just smile and Thank all the hard working Pharmacist''s and Pharmacy tech's for doing such a great job in getting you your medicine.

  Had to wait 3hrs for an antibiotic that was sent in via the dr at 12:30p

  My family and i have been coming to this Frys and their pharmacy for about 8 years now and we love this location! The staff is always nice and very helpful and the store is always clean and stocked.
