- SBSelene BallSep 25, 20231.0I would give zero stars if I could. The people who work at this pharmacy are exceptionally rude, and don't seem to care if they lose customers. They send inaccurate text messages and then have the audacity to be annoyed when customers are confused. They also decide what and when to fill prescriptions, despite doctor's orders, and have a perpetual problem with low stock - resulting in an inability to fill routine prescriptions properly at all. Pharmacy staff takes no responsibility for any of the above, offering zero accountability to patients. I would seriously sooner buy my needed medications off the street than deal with these incredibly nasty and unprofessional people. This pharmacy has cost this particular Fry's a loyal patron of more than a decade, and based on the rating I'm setting here, I'm guessing it isn't the first time.
