- CSCandace SilvaDec 11, 20251.0I highly recommend going to another pharmacy. Today made the 3rd time I was unable to get a needed prescription because they are always out. Jay the pharmacy tech was extremely rude. Absolutely the worst care/correspondence I have ever received from any pharmacy I have ever worked with. He was angry at me because I asked a simple question on my medication that was needed. He should Absolutely not be working in a field where compassion, understanding and patience is needed.

She was upset when I nicely said hey I am sorry I did not get that because your accent is thick and I didn’t understand a word you said and she was short with me and hung up before I could ask any other questions. I did not feel like about your customer and I do not recommend this Pharmacy.
