  I am not a person that leaves reviews but tonight I had to take the time. I got a call that my son had been inconsolable at day care and screamed when his ear was touched. I immediately called his pediatrician, picked him up, and took him in. Ear infection, both ears. No symptoms prior to today. Poor guy. By 3:30 we had the diagnoses, and were told the antibiotics were sent to our pharmacy. I always get a text from Fry’s when they receive a new medication order, but none ever came through. My husband called; they didn’t have it. My husband called the doctor, after 25 minutes on hold they said the after hours line would call us back. They never did. We call again. We get someone on the phone who fixes the problem. She personally called our pharmacy (this one) and made sure they had it and they knew it was urgent. Fry’s also called us personally to tell us they got it and we could come get it anytime before 8PM. We made it with 20 minutes to spare before closing. My son is resting peacefully and I can’t thank you enough. And this is just one time. I switched over to Fry’s after so many issues with CVS. They’ve been fantastic every time. Always a smile, always pleasant, always so helpful. Thank you for taking one part of life and making it easier. It may seem like a small thing but it’s HUGE to me. THANK YOU.

  Best pharmacy in north Phoenix. Pharmacist John is so patient and helpful- we have only had great experiences here!!!

  I haven't needed a pharmacy until this year but I guess that's what turning 40 does to a person. I recently moved to the area and this pharmacy is leaps and bounds better than my previous pharmacy. Harrison is always very helpful and goes the extra mile to find solutions, as is the woman on the front line (I forget her name but it begins with a K). Both the male and female pharmacists are great. Everyone has been very helpful through routine medication refills as well as an emergency situation. There are some hiccups in the system with the automated phone calls that have caused an issue but overall I am pleased to have this team to help me through life's unexpected situations.
