She was quick to get me referred to a retinal specialist and within less than twenty four hours.I am seeing a retinal specialist. She made it a very pleasant experience.She took her time explained everything was very patient.And I am a customer for life. The staff at @lencrafters was also very professional. Milla rocked!! The first person I spoke to was trying to quote me a price of almost eight hundred and fifty dollars on my eyeglasses. I don't have insurance, so I would be paying cash. After I finish with my eye exams, I was now dealing with Milla. She utilized the website that was having an additional sell, which she was allowed to do in store.But the other representative apparently didn't know, or wasn't trying to let me know. And the price went from $850.00 down to 467.15 out the door. She was amazing and greatly appreciated. And mind you, I ordered Ralph Lauren frames. I got the highest quality lenses with all the bells and whistles. The UV, the blue light protection, Transition lenses, progressives for my dual lens needs, scratch guard, anti glare anti smudge.
