I recently called to schedule my pre-teen son for an appointment as he has been dealing with difficulties due to ingrown toe nails on his two big toes. This experience was new to us so we were unsure what to expect, however Dr. Keith Arbuckle was great at explaining the removal procedure and answering any questions we had. We felt comfortable and everything went smoothly. At our follow up appointment we were curious about my sons toes being slightly red still, but that was due to him having a slight reaction to the chemical used to cauterize the inner corner of his toe nails to help prevent an ingrown from coming back. Otherwise the healing process had no issues. If we ran into any further feet issues in the future, we could come back again.

She was very sweet and observant to his needs. Made him very comfortable and explained details of the toe nails and what to do. She had polite conversation and made my son and I very comfortable! I just have to say I love this doctor and wished all doctors could have her skills in all aspects!! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
