  Be careful on your contract you sign with them, I was at the Anthem location, if for any reason you have a medical condition, backsurgery, accident and cannot fulfill your contract. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! They will still take your money!!! I will never go back to this club!!!

  I have been searching for a new way to exercise that keeps me interested, motivated and produces results. I like all of the instructors, but like Katia the best so far. She has excellent flow, clear instructions and is motivational. I always feel like I get a great workout and fell calm and relaxed when I leave. I actually look forward to going now and get up early to go before work! By husband has noticed a big difference in my body composition and muscle tone. I realized in the beginning that a lot of the exercises were the same as the ones I did at PT after my ACL surgery! They focus on strength building, balance, active stretching and range of motion of your joints and spine. We can all use this type of exercise!

  I've always wanted to try Pilates. I've been an instructor (HIIT) and have been experiencing tendonitis. Going to Pilates regularly has not only improved my posture, balance, and my energy, it has almost completely restored my injury back to normal. I went for 3 months in pain and now am almost 💯 pain free (after 2 months of Pilates). My booty looks great and my body fit and toned. I am only through half of my 30 class goal. I have taken the Flow, Cardio, and CP Suspend. The instructors are very knowledgeable and have helped me modify for my injury and have even incorporated moves to help me heal. I believe I am totally addicted to Pilates and would recommend Pilates to anyone who wants a great low impact workout that literally kicks your booty!

  Just joined Pilates and I am loving it! Everyone is very inviting and the energy of the studio makes it fun ! I highly recommend this to anyone!

  I'm so thrilled this place opened up. When I moved up here I was sad to leave my hot yoga studio. I'm so excited to be in a class environment again! The instructors and staff are friendly and all the members are so welcoming. Highly recommend! I got my membership for sure.
