  Best gym in North Phoenix! I started my morning with the 5am class and couldn't be happier with my decision. The moment I arrived I was greeted by the owner and shown to my personalized locker where I kept my belongings. Workout was intense, purposeful, and challenging! The other members made it feel like I had been coming for months, great community. I will certainly be back!

  Enjoy BFT a ton. Have done Orange Theory, F45, and Burn Boot Camp and definitely think it has the best variety of heavy strength training, and varied endurance/cardio. Also the owners are amazing people which makes it even more enjoyable.

  Great gym! Trainers are attentive, skilled and encouraging. The owners care about the community and so far are fostering a great atmosphere. The facility is a clean and the environment is welcoming. The style of workouts push you to up your game and include cardio, strength training plus some other fun surprises. Workouts are geared to keep you challenged. Classes offered 7 days a week and on weekdays they have times both AM & PM. If you want to up your fitness game check it out! 💪

  Love coming to BFT, 5AM Crüe!!! I've been coming since they opened in November. I feel great, healthy, and more fit coming 5-7 days a week. Love the programming and they have great coaches, shoutout to Heather, Anna, Katie, Daniel, and Diego! Great mix of cardio and Stength Training. Come out and get Fit!

  BFT Dove Valley is hands down one of the best fitness facilities around. The gym itself is top-notch, clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need for an incredible workout experience. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a space that’s both motivating and welcoming. The staff truly sets this place apart. Every coach is knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely invested in helping you improve, no matter your fitness level. They push you when you need it, support you when you need it, and make every session fun and engaging. One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility of class times throughout the day. Whether you’re an early riser or need something later in the evening, there are plenty of options that make it easy to stay consistent with your training. I would highly recommend BFT Dove Valley to anyone looking to level up their fitness. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and come check it out, you won’t regret it.
