My son has been receiving service here for over 5 years. While the actual workers are great, office management is not. There are tons of issues with the third party website they use and if you experience an issue, your worker doesn't get paid, even if you reach out in a timely manner. They are difficult to reach on the main phone number, even during business hours. If it wasn't for my worker, I would change my son's hours elsewhere.

Arizona Autism is a great agency that offers a wide range of service (HCBS, therapies, ABA, group homes). The staff is caring and truly advocates for families and members. Personally love that the agency has faith based values and has a mission to reach every family in need and support them.

This company has been by far the worst!
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received. The staff has been unreliable, unprofessional, and communication has been poor. Every time I've tried to get a hold of someone, I've been given vague answers or met with silence. The onboarding process has been slow, and I've struggled to get my questions and concerns addressed. I feel like I don't have a consistent point of contact. The lack of organization and professionalism has been frustrating and disappointing.

Honestly, On the inside everyone is a busy bee, and trying to exceed expectations. When first entering the doors, you're met with a friendly environment. This is in my eyes, still a small company, but it's growing fast! The biggest complaint is that there are a lot of moving parts, so coordinators do change, there are rules the company has to follow to be in compliance with the state that falls on the guardians and providers and understandably, nobody likes extra paperwork. Otherwise, compared to other agencies they try their best to actually be there and advocate for their families/caregivers/therapists. This company is always growing and learning.
