From the initial selection of the optimal chair lift and throughout the years for our annual servicing...we feel more like family than just a customer. Landon and Alan go the distance...they are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and efficient. They are considerate and conscious of keeping our house clean during servicing. When we call to make an appointment they come out quickly and on time. We appreciate you Kristin, Alan and Landon, so very much...we just wanted you to know the peace of mind that you provide us. We don't know what we would do without you and our reliable chairlift ...Thank You!

    We just had our new stairlift installed from 101 Mobility. The two technicians who installed it were polite, professional and did an incredible job. After it was installed they went over all the features with us to make sure we knew how to use it and clean it. We were impressed with their work! Thank you Landen and Allen for your great work!!     We just had a stairlift installed today. The technicians, Landon and Alan, were very professional. The took the time to explain how to operate the chair. I highly recommend 101 Mobility.

    Great experience. From beginning with Ethan in sales explaining in depth the options to best fit my needs to working within my budget to Kristin in the office answering ALL my additional questions. To great installation experience with Landon and Allan who went the extra mile to go back to shop to get extra needed equipment and still finished job on day promised!! Can’t recommend this team enough!
