  I have NEVER been here, but after reviewing my EOB I noticed someone has been coming here using my health insurance (or they've been billing it wrong) for a while now. Whoever this is has been seen by Mary Elizabeth Pairaino and I can also see all of their health records and diagnoses that aren't mine. MY health records are being deceived - stating "I" have bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD along with other conditions - but I have NEVER been here nor do I not have these conditions. My health insurance has been no help and I tried reaching out these people directly and they said they would call me back but haven't yet. I'm not sure if it's them or the patient using my info, but either way this is extremely frustrating and my next move will have to be legal action.

  Does anyone know how to contact these people? I have been trying to pay my daughters bills and get a new prescription for days now, but no return calls and after more than a dozen calls, I have yet to speak with a human! Incredibly poor service for a mental health facility! I am looking elsewhere for help.

  Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness and provider David Rope are a tremendous blessing. I moved to Arizona in 2021, right in the middle of the pandemic. I found myself in a new state, a new job, and as of April 2023, newly married. That’s a lot of new to deal with. All milestones and triggers lumped together. David was able to step in as my provider and walk me through the steps needed to make sure medications could be filled in Arizona as they had been in my home state of Arkansas. He took it a step further and made sure prescriptions were not just filled on time but were monitored and adjusted as needed. Over the past two years we’ve all had to work together as we’ve dealt with a drug shortage, changes in regulation post-pandemic, electronic record systems, patient portals and just plain old life events. One thing that has remained constant through it all is the personal care and responsiveness of David and the staff at Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness. If you are looking for a clinic who is responsive, flexible and knowledgeable, then look no further. Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness is your answer. They are definitely mine.

  I’ve been a patient for over a year now and have only good things to say. Great/organized office staff, great practitioners, and I so appreciate their focus on telehealth care that makes it easily accessible for people like me that don’t live nearby.
