  Do not sign up for a class subscription or give your credit card info! After MULTIPLE attempts to cancel a subscription here this studio continues to charge my credit card for classes I DO NOT WANT!!!! Then these people have the audacity to call me and threaten to send a debt collector after me despite the fact I cancelled SEVERAL MONTHS AGO!!!! Save yourself the headache and go to a different workout studio that's not run by total scammer

  Love this place! I gave them a try because my current studio (the 101 location) is closing. They offered to transfer my membership and even have lower unlimited member rates than I had before. Such a good deal! I have been to a handful of classes so far, and all of them have been amazing. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the instructors are incredible, and it seems like there is a nice sense of community. It is also the cleanest studio I have been to. I am impressed, and so happy I found this place!

  Predatory gym practices. I loved spinning class here but needed to stop for medical reasons due to my pregnancy. I called and cancelled multiple times and they kept charging my card. Then I emailed. They did it again. I successfully disputed with my bank only to have them go out of spite and put the account in collections. At this point, they’re seeking to ruin my credit, at no benefit to them, and I’m needing to compile the myriad documents I have to fight this, which is using up way more of my time in billable hours than paying their bounty would have. Sad, pathetic excuse for business owners. Must be pretty desperate, vengeful people.
