I had a prescription that was supposed to be set up for autofill specifically by her because she is who I talked to about it and she DID NOT do it. So when it was time to refill they did not have my medication. Instead of looking into my specific prescription and how it’s prescribed and simply apologizing for HER mistake she attempted to blame that it wasn’t due for a refill when it was. Because I get it at 63 days every single time. This is her second time gaslighting me about prescriptions…Another time I had a prescription filled and I got a text for it that it was filled…I called to ask a question and she claimed they don’t carry that medicine behind the counter. I was like that’s interesting why did you fill it then? She needs to stop speaking before she knows anything. It’s ridiculous. Other than that the rest of the employees here are great. Simply cannot stand the pharmacy manger.
