Extremely expensive and their sales are deceptive. The only designer frames that are in sale are in a drawer with very few available. It caters to an affluent population. The doctors are okay except the first one I saw gave me the wrong prescription because I was squinting. I think the second doctor helped.

Very disappointed in the service my husband received today. We’ve been customers for a very long time. He recently purchased Meta glasses for me as a surprise and has had his for some time now a little over a year. When he purchased my glasses he inquired about having his transition film on the lenses fixed and was given a specific date as to when his warranty expired. He even wrote this particular date down in the back of his printout from his eye exam he had on February 16th. He recalled speaking to two reps who both gave him the expiration date of 4/18 which he has written down and made it a point to go in to get it taken care of before that date. Today he went in and was told his warranty expired in March and is now expected to pay full price when he obviously was given the wrong date. It seems like they would have been a bit more accommodating than that or at least admit that they provided the wrong date. Highly disappointed especially when this is the main place we use to get our eye exams done and purchase glasses.

First time patient for a very professional and comprehensive eye exam. Got a great price on contacts as well and the staff was attentive and efficient!

Excellent experience here! Haley greeted me right away, and I explained that my gifted sunglasses were way too big, bow-legged, and needed to be properly fitted. She was so kind and helpful, and she immediately got to work on them. The frames were thick and stubborn, so she brought Michelle in to help, and the two of them worked together until they got them perfect. I left so happy. Haley and Michelle were both friendly, patient, and clearly very skilled. I really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service.

Alexis and Michele were so kind and helpful! My boyfriend bought some glasses online and when he put them on I immediately saw how crooked they were… stopped in here to see if they could help reshape/bend them. They took their time and made sure he walked out with them even. Even checked mine and cleaned them for us. Super knowledgeable and know what they are doing! I’m so grateful they were willing to help us out and they truly went above and beyond. Even after we left, we later brought up multiple times how kind they treated us today.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
