- JJJ JMar 25, 20261.0Worst customer service ever! Hate the idea, but after dealing with the staff here, I'll just use a mail order pharmacy! Rude, and any problems blamed on the customer! Please find a pharmacy that will treat you like you deserve!!! This one is not that pharmacy!!!
- EHEmily HDec 24, 20251.0I just can’t understand the incompetency at this pharmacy. After months of excuses and the new manager Starla assuring she was fixing their issues. Today was the last straw. I’ll no longer fill scripts here. CVS is across the street.
- AHadam hantenNov 21, 20251.0Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Called 3 hours in advance, to get my scripts refilled. I drove 2 hours to get to the store. Then they tell me they don't have one script in stock. I asked for the scripts they did have and asked for them to see if another store had the script they didn't have in stock. Apparently it was there lunch break and they told me to pay for scripts, so they could go to lunch. Not willing to help find another store to get my script
- LELeah EchevesteOct 14, 20251.0We’ve been going to this pharmacy for 8 years. Went through the drive thru tonight and Robert was at the window. Took him a bit to acknowledge me (he was standing at the window) when he did he was extremely rude. I was there to pick up a rescue inhaler, he would not tell me the names of the medications for my husband, only said “2 were not ready”. I let him know my husband received an alert, Robert said, “I literally show no alerts on his account since September”. I let him know that was ok, could he tell me when the inhaler would be ready? “Robert said, “no, it’s only a few of us, and I guess I can try to expedite, but I really can’t tell you”. This is a rescue Inhaler that my husband went without all night. Horrific customer service.
