StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Lake Pleasant offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- DMDon MozaJun 20, 20255.0This StretchLab location as well as their W. Northern Ave. location are excellent to deal with and have great, caring team members. They are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. After riding heavy miles on road bikes for the last 11 years I had hip flexor issues and needed help due to severe tightness and pain. I started working with these locations in November working with Sammie several days a week and I am happy to report that I have made great progress and do not experience the same issues as a result of the years of miles on the road. This is not a quick fix and you will need to be patient and diligent with your appointments but in the end this will be successful if you are willing to put in the time and effort. I also want to mention Isaac and Genesis as they have also been involved in my recovery success, and Journey & Aiden who have continuously assisted me with my account. I highly recommend the Lake Pleasant & W. Northern Ave. locations for StretchLab.

My yoga practice has improved already, and I can see the difference in my general range of motion. I've worked with 3 different flexologists so far. Each of them are knowledgeable, kind, and work with you right where you are in your flex journey. My experiences with Corey S. have been the most therapeutic so far. He's great at communicating instructions, what muscle groups we're working, and providing directions when we're changing positions. He's also provided excellent feedback and tips for maintenance during the week. If anyone is still on the fence, here's your sign...DO IT! You won't regret it!
- LLLin LinNov 2, 20225.0Woo Hoo! Your Medicare Renew Active program is accepted here! I had my first 50-minute stretch yesterday. Today, my tight back and hips are much better. I can walk with much less pain. The flexologists are very knowledgeable and careful. I just booked my next appointment for Friday. P.S. The gripper socks requirement was specifically discussed at every one of the several phone calls I have had, and this is on their website as well.
