Im a nervous nellie, especially in the dental chair. The assistant tech, Liz, got me situated and put me at ease. Dr. Pucell came in, reviewed what was going to happen, listened and responded fully to my concerns...then gave her full attention to the procedure! Discomfort was minor, which is a huge thing for me! Every time, upon leaving, checkout with Denise is always pleasent, professional and I feel sge is sincerly interested that I am satisfied with wherever has occurred. So, very happy to have found Dr. Purcell and her staff!
