I happen to be a walk-in that morning because evidently I had scheduled my 9 o’clock appointment at another Pearle vision I was able to get in quickly and due to some physical limitations, I needed a little extra help. They were so kind and willing to help me. The exam was a pleasant experience and I left feeling confident that I had made the right decision with my purchase. In fact, we had wrapped it up when I changed my mind and decided to go with different frames. They were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend them to you.

After 3 weeks I asked for my over $250 out of pocket returned, so I can go somewhere else and I was told no. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and that never happened either.

However, I watched a few videos on how to take them in and out just so I can be prepared. They explained to me what the process is and the time it takes to get my contacts. After trial and error I finally got them in and out. They had me experimenting with different methods until I found the one that worked best for me. They were amazing teachers and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured into getting it right the first time. I understand they can’t physically put my contact in and have to make sure I know how to safely get them in and out so I did appreciate the extra time and care put into my service. Overall I had the best experience here and would definitely come back and recommend this location to all my friends. The dr at this location was very efficient and explained everything going on In my eyes. I did the extra testing which turned out to be worth it and it’s a really cool experience. OVERALL 10/10 and i can’t wait to get my new contacts.
