I like that they have a machine that allows me to get an indepth look at eyes without being dilated. I did not enjoy the hard sell, eavesdropping, and shaming by sales lady. She overhead me telling my kids we were going to Costco next, had nothing to do with their glasses. Proceeded to tell me my insurance wasn't covered by Costco (it is), then balked when I said I needed to wait for my husband (as he wanted to be there to see our girls first glasses be picked out). She then said but your insurance is good so all these would be covered. I said I still need to wait for my husband. He was meeting us after the appointment to watch them pick out frames. But we did not return to purchase based off her behavior alone. My choice to wait was none of her business. My plan for the day to include Costco was none of her business. I do not appreciate being hard sold, pressured, then shamed.

When I went to pick them up the girls in the front were very kind and adjusted my glasses for me and got me checked out very fast. I’ve been to other vision locations where they don’t bother to ask if my glasses feel okay, but the girl in the very front asked and was very quick to adjust them while the other girl got my account settled. Overall a great experience.

Scheduling an exam is so easy and they let you fill the papers at home so I don’t feel the need to rush in the office. The girl who is in the front and does the pre-testing is very sweet and is wonderful with my kiddos who were a bit nervous for their eye appointment. The girl who we bought our family’s glasses helped us find glasses that were best suited to us and all our needs. Dr. Lopez was also very kind and patient. Overall I would come back to purchase my glasses and do my family’s exams here.
