Excellent experience here! Haley greeted me right away, and I explained that my gifted sunglasses were way too big, bow-legged, and needed to be properly fitted. She was so kind and helpful, and she immediately got to work on them. The frames were thick and stubborn, so she brought Michelle in to help, and the two of them worked together until they got them perfect. I left so happy. Haley and Michelle were both friendly, patient, and clearly very skilled. I really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service.

Alexis and Michele were so kind and helpful! My boyfriend bought some glasses online and when he put them on I immediately saw how crooked they were… stopped in here to see if they could help reshape/bend them. They took their time and made sure he walked out with them even. Even checked mine and cleaned them for us. Super knowledgeable and know what they are doing! I’m so grateful they were willing to help us out and they truly went above and beyond. Even after we left, we later brought up multiple times how kind they treated us today.

Alexis was great to work with. She gave me several options when it came to picking up meta glasses. She also made sure I understood the difference when it came to look and feel of the options they had .

***UPDATE*** After LensCrafters reached out, my husband went to the store front and they took very good care of him and apologized for the inconvenience profusely. Customer service really stepped up here and we are extremely grateful that he will now have the glasses he wants. Do to the CS, we will definitely be using LensCrafters in the future!! My husband and I went in to order Rayban Metas. We both specifically told the guy that we wanted Gen 2 Headliners and Gen 2 Wayfarers. Used our eye insurance, paid with FSA. Got mine in about a week, just as I ordered them. Got my husbands a week later, and they are Gen 1s. I’m assuming there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. I looked at our receipt and the Gen1 model number is on there, but I had no idea that that model number was for Gen 1s. Totally pissed off, paid $380 for a lesser model…. Haven’t told him yet cuz I don’t want him to be pissed off too. I’m very disappointed because I’ve used the LensCrafters website many times to order glasses. I thought going into the store to order in person would be a nice change of pace. I honestly don’t think I’d use LensCrafters again, which really bums me out…

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
