My experience with Michele was amazing! She saw us walk-in with my daughter and asked if she had just gotten her eyes dialed and continued to go get her dark glasses because she could tell the light hurt my daughter’s eye. She was very helpful and friendly which helped my daughter feel welcome. I definitely recommend LensCrafters and ask for Michele. 🙂

Went in for a new glasses eye exam. Check in was easy and Hayley who did my check in couldn't have been better. Dr. Trang who did my exam was thorough and professional, she explained everything in easy to understand terms. Diane the optician was terrific. She was personable and efficient. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Diana Aiken is a Gem. I took my 91 yo mother in law to get glasses and she is so picky her own children won’t take her. Diana was so patient and took so much time with her she was amazing. I asked her for extra business cards so I could give them to friends (who are not a pain)

The doctors and staff there are excellent! I usually put off going to the eye doctor because of the hassle involved, but this place came highly recommended. The doctor was very thorough in getting my glasses and contacts precise the first time. The staff in the store explained my insurance benefits in detail and took the time to answer all my questions about blue light blocking, scratch resistance, etc. The prices were very fair and I am very happy with the whole experience. It was night and day compared to some place I have been to.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
