  I love this pharmacy. Been going here for 7 years and everyone has been very nice and helpful. My prescriptions are ready when I need them and if there is ever a delay I am advised in advance. They rock!!!

  The customer service at the 83rd Ave and Deer Valley Rd Frys pharmacy is nonexistent. They forget that we are the customer and we are the ones paying for a service. But, their attitudes reflect as though customers are an inconvenience and treated poorly. It’s not once or twice it’s every time. The Frys pharmacy on lake pleasant and Happy Valley is much more customer friendly or there is Walgreens across the street. I will be switching pharmacy’s.

  Horrible experience, very very poor customer service, I had a antibiotic called in hours earlier, and when I called they said they should be able to get it filled? Now they don't close fir another 4 hours? It shouldnt take 7 hours, customer service these days ua a miracle yo run across.
