- CYCaila YoungJan 18, 20261.0this place is horrible for so many reasons that have nothing to do with the doctor. he was friendly and efficient. the people working the desk and selling the products are completely useless. the lady that rang me up tried charging me over $70 for my appointment and when i challenged her, she whipped out a calculator to do the most basic math (she didn’t know 10% of 100 is $10..). i immediately knew she was clowning me. she came back with $60 as my total and entered it into a POS system as just $60 and charged me. my receipt says nothing except a $60 charge. it was very unprofessional, like the systems used at a farmers market or something. the point of my appointment was to get contacts, but the lady said i would owe $600 (again, she struggled with basic mathematics) so i walked out with just the new prescription. today, i came to get contacts from sam’s club and the doctor said they only gave me the prescription for glasses and she can’t order contacts without my contacts prescription. they’re closed today so nothing i can do about it at this point. absolute buffoonery happening in this store and as cool as the doctor was, i will not be back. waste of time.
