I asked if I could wait in the waiting area where no one else is waiting. She still made we wait 1-2 hours. Every other pharmacist that has been there and I ask to wait, will get it done right away. She has terrible customer service. I was bummed to see she was back. Not a happy customer.

I checked online to see if the booster was available. Sure enough it (the website) showed it was. I put our info in listing dates of 1st and 2nd shot. Asked if we were over 65, answered yes chose a time and date. Easy right? Nope not so easy. When we got there a very very rude lady in the pharmacy asked if we were there for a flu shot. No I said we are here for the booster. She stated that they did not have the okay to give it. I stated but it says on the website you have them and the appointment time was set paperwork filled out etc. She said yes she knows but she can not give them. If we were on chemo or had a transplant we could. I said I do not have a spleen. She stated that did not count. I will NEVER set foot in an Albertsons or Safeway again!!!!!!!
