- MSmary shidelerNov 26, 20255.0This morning when my left hearing aid did not cooperate with my efforts to put in a new wax guard and dome, i was dismayed. especially since i am 1800 miles from home. This afternoon i walked into the Payson Miracle Ear office and was immediately greeted. After explaining the problem, Karl came to my aid and not only did he fix the problem, he explained what he was doing and gave me a couple of extra wax guards. Amazing service! Fast! Friendly! And efficient! I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Parson Mary

Front office is welcoming and Karl Watts, the Hearing Instrument Specialist provides individualized education about hearing loss, options and takes time to listen. - BEBudd EglestonJul 3, 20245.0July 3 at 11:00 am I stop at this location Miracle Ear (Payson Az) for some needed help. The evening before I showered and toweled off and proceeded to clean my ears as I have done for years with a Q-tip. Only this time when I pulled it out there wasn’t any cotton on the end of the swab stick. I wasn’t sure if the cotton came off or it didn’t have anything on it to begin with. Not being sure I didn’t put my hearing aid in my left ear until my ear was checked. Visiting here from Phoenix, I walked in explained my story & problem to the audiologist Karl, who immediately said come on back and let me look inside the ear canal. I do see the cotton piece and he removed it for me. He wouldn’t let me pay for his services and wished me a great day. It reaffirms my faith in mankind that it’s not always about the dollar but helping your fellow man or woman! My sincere thanks, Budd Egleston
