- LCLeia ChimientiAug 5, 20212.0Never had a problem with this pharmacy until recently. I thought I had misplaced my prescription so I called to get a new one. They told me I would have to pay for it which I figured (usually my insurance covers it.) however they went on to tell me I no longer had anymore refills. Don't you think that would be something you tell a patient when they went to pick up their last prescription? Like oh by the way you don't have anymore refills after this one. No, they said nothing and I wouldn't even of known until it was too late. Considering it's their job too disclose that type of thing I find it extremely unprofessional and very upsetting.
