From extremely knowledgeable and personable coaches, a clean and well cared for facility/equipment and incredible work outs… I have no complaints. I love that the coaches take time to help tweak and customize the workouts to challenge and work on your specific needs. Everything is able to be modified. I enjoy the culture and community as well. Love the wide range of class times and variety of workouts- I am never bored! Highly recommend.

The mix of cardio, strength training and mobility really make these the perfect workouts if you’re trying to get into military shape or police/fire academy shape. When I prepped for the military I wish I had this and wish I had BFT workouts even more while I was in to prevent injuries i received from workouts that weren’t thought out and purpose driven. The class setting is great because you’ll push yourself harder than you would by yourself especially on cardio days. The coaches are amazing in every way. They take their job very seriously and it’s very obvious they’re passionate about what they do. The coaches will always be correcting and encouraging you to help you become the best version of yourself. While at BFT you’ll feel like you’re getting a personal training session but in a group environment. The simplicity of BFT is also amazing for those with busy lives. No workout plans and planning. Just show up in gym attire with plenty of water and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the gains you’ll unlock!!
