  I love that my absence these last two weeks was noticed. Amy welcomed me back with both acknowledgment and a hug. Her leadership during the class is encouraging and inspiring.

  Be very very Careful with Club pilate! I accidentally signed up with the club on River & Campbell which isn’t even open yet! & I meant to sign up with the Oro Valley club! I went there yesterday for my 1st introductory class.. they couldn’t find my account. The people who worked there said it wouldn’t be a problem to transfer the account! I never received a call confirming the transfer..so I call this morning & the manager Shay Refused! To transfer my account! So now I am paying for classes that I can’t even use! Shay will Not let my use their studio & the other club isn’t even open!! Beware! Beware!! I should have listened to the people on the reviews!! Awful Awful Customer Service!!! I wrote this in anger & should have waited but the manager Shay Refused to help me. All of a sudden I received a call from Jasmine who works for club Pilates sign up team. And Jasmine fixed Everything!! Thank goodness for Jasmine!! I learned a lesson to wait.. “restraint of Pen & Tongue”!! It’s a happy ending!

  All the club Pilates team members were friendly and accommodating to my special needs. Monica was wonderful. The class was really fun. I signed up for more classes.
