    PHV is probably one of the worst clinics I've ever been to. Why? Because I had an appointment with Dr Skeif who apparently retired or moved elsewhere... I found this out when I arrived for my appointment because the staff failed to give me a courtesy call to let me know I need to reschedule so they decided to just cancel instead. That was the last day I stepped foot into that office.
