  This place has really helped me get over my dental anxiety. I actually look forward to my cleanings. They really work with you and your budget also. Amazing place and vibes.

  I went into Vibe because it was the only dental clinic open on Saturday where they had an appt available for an emergency appointment. I have a tooth where the decay has hit the nerve and I was in severe pain. I didn’t wait long to get ushered back into the dental chair, but after that, it was at least 30 mins before the dentist came in to do a brief exam and talk about treatment options. After deciding that a root canal was best, he left again, gone for another 20-30 mins, while I sat there in severe pain. He then returned and at least numbed my mouth up, so I got some relief, then he left again. He was gone for another 30 mins before returning to finally do the root canal. He worked on the tooth for about 5 mins, then stopped and said I would need to see a root canal specialist. His assistant put filling in the tooth saying it was a sedative filling to stop the pain. By the next day , Sunday my tooth was hurting once again, and by Monday, I am in the same severe pain as I was when I went to Vibe. Now I have to deal with the severe pain while trying to make another appt to get it resolved by another dentist. TLDR This office prioritizes quantity work over quality work. There are way too many patients being seen for you to get more than 10 mins with the dentist, as he runs from room to room. I feel like going to Vibe was just a waste of time. Everyone was nice tho, so guess there is that.

  I went in because I needed a tooth extracted due to a tooth abscess. After taking X-rays, they explained that I actually needed two teeth extracted. They took the time to clearly go over the pricing with me beforehand, which I really appreciated since I was paying out of pocket with no insurance. There was no upselling—just transparent care. I had a great experience at Vibe Dental, and the team made the process smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend them! One additional thing I'd like to add in is that they were text friendly. My wife was texting because it was an emergency. I ended up having to go to the hospital before hand, but my wife followed up afterwards and they were able to pick up where the scheduling was left off. Very happy with that. -Piotr (Pete) L.

  I had been going to VIBE Dental for a while and up until recently we had good experiences there. Unfortunately, after the way Dena spoke to my daughter, I can no longer recommend this office. My daughter was told by your office that she would receive a free cleaning because of mistakes that happened during a previous visit. At the time, the manager, Wendy, specifically told her to come back in four months for that cleaning. Now the office is refusing to honor that, even though Dena confirmed that there is a note in my daughter’s chart stating she was granted the free cleaning. What was most upsetting was the way Dena spoke to my daughter on the phone. She was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. No patient should be spoken to like that when they are simply trying to clarify something your office told them. To make matters worse, our insurance already covers our routine cleanings. Your office is willing to lose multiple patients — and the insurance-covered visits that come with them — over honoring one cleaning that was offered because of a mistake made by your own office. Because of how this situation was handled, both my husband and I will no longer be patients here. Losing three patients over one cleaning that your office agreed to provide is honestly unbelievable. It’s disappointing because we previously liked this office, but respect and professionalism toward patients should always come first. The business also deleted her review. Do not trust them with your health care.
