The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
My experience was pleasant. However, as a DOT medical examiner, they are expected to upload/send renewed medical certificates directly to the National Registry as required by the FMCSA. Unfortunately, this place has failed to do so and thereby jeopardizing my commercial CDL.
My understanding is that uploading the medical certificates is a somewhat instantaneous process, and in my case it has been over a month; seeing how I received a notice from the MVD requiring the provider upload the certificate to the National Registry; and failure to do so would result in my CDL privileges' being revoked.
This is extremely disappointing because this clinic is exposing commercial drivers to the possibility of being found operating a commercial vehicle on a revoked CDL, and the consequences for the driver are dire. This is wrong.
Additionally, getting a CDL medical examination isn't free. It is a service that is paid for, and isn't cheap. The expectation is for medical certificates to be uploaded to the MVD is part of the service.
It would be nice to get 100% of the service I paid for. I'd caution CDL holders looking to renew a medical certificate to stay away from this place unless one doesn't mind being caught OTR with suspended/revoked CDL privilege.

They don't have enough staff so they're not even open so they'll be closed randomly even though it says online that they're open

Incompetent! My significant other went in back in September for a CDL medical. The nurse practitioner that saw him put everything on hold because they needed proof of 90 days use of the c-pap machine.
I called and made him an appointment for this past Friday for a follow up. I hate automated services. Had to repeat myself multiple times. Everything was set for Friday at 11:30. Except the text message confirmation said Sunday. I called back and finally got a human. She informed me that the clinic would be closed Friday and Saturday. So we decided to keep the Sunday.
This was supposed to be a quick $50 dollar appointment. Instead they had to do and charge for a full CDL medical because the nurse practitioner did not mark this one as a follow up. So instead, this appointment took just over an hour and cost $110. If that wasn’t bad enough, the nurse practitioner that saw him today failed him because of his blood pressure. I wonder why it was high. On top of his blood pressure being high, she was incompetent enough to check it two more times on the same arm without waiting the 1-3 minutes in between.
He is out of time. Since there will not be a passing medical exam at the state office tomorrow. They will downgrade him to a regular driver’s license.
Hopefully we can talk to someone at the state office and try to get enough time to get another appointment with a competent doctor. Even so, that will be another $110 that we really don’t have right this minute.
If you need a medical appointment with competent personnel, find somewhere other than this place.
I will figure out how to contact someone higher up with this company and find out if they are willing to make things right.

I took myself and my 3 kids in for our flu shots. My oldest has a lot of anxiety about needles and they could not have been more accommodating for her. The front desk distracted her with a coloring page while we waited and told her all about the treasure box of goodies for after our appointment. The woman working the front desk even came into the room with us to help distract the kids while they were getting their shot. She kept them talking and engaged with her so they weren't watching the needle go in. Ginger administered the shots and she was amazing. She was so kind, positive, and patient. Not to mention, I have never had such a pain free flu shot. I can't say enough about how helpful, kind, and good at their job everyone here is.
