  My experience with this office raised serious concerns about professionalism, ethics, and consistency. Throughout the process, I felt that questioning methods were inappropriate and, at times, misleading. There were contradictions in the written evaluations, including statements that labeled a parent in extremely serious terms, while simultaneously noting a lack of observable indicators to support those claims. This inconsistency alone is troubling. Additionally, I observed what appeared to be a pattern of alignment with certain legal representatives, creating the impression that outcomes may not be entirely objective. In situations where multiple independent professionals have reached different conclusions, it is difficult to understand how such drastically opposing evaluations can be justified. The business operates on a cash-only basis, which may raise questions for some clients, and there were also policies enforced—such as restricting access to personal devices—that felt excessive and uncomfortable. Transparency and accountability are critical in matters involving families and children, and those elements did not feel present here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to document their interactions thoroughly and ensure they fully understand their rights. When dealing with sensitive legal and family matters, it is essential to work with professionals who demonstrate clear, consistent, and ethical standards at all times.
