Sequoia Behavioral Health Outpatient Services

Here at the outpatient facility, Sequoia Behavioral Health offers an intensive outpatient program that utilizes tailored therapy to meet your needs, while still living in your own home. We offer both individual and group-therapy at the outpatient level, along with many other evidence-based modalities. We are located in the beautiful Vanderbilt Plaza which is centrally located in Mesa, as part of the East Valley. It’s newly renovated, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and tall trees for a snug and peaceful environment. We offer a serene meditation space specifically designed to be sensory-friendly. Here, you can experience a calm place to meditate, experience aroma therapy, and integrate into the therapeutic experience.
