    This pharmacy is always behind and does not move fast. Rx was sent two days ago and the response is always, "It's not ready but we can get it in a half hour." It was sent TWO days ago. Why do I need to wait further? Please hire more staff and help this busy location run better. Just kidding, came back the next day and it STILL isn't ready. Time to switch pharmacys.

    I get my prescriptions filled here. Because it's by my house. But every time I get my prescriptions picked up, there's always an issue they tell me. They'll be done by a certain date at a certain time. I will even give them an extra day and I still have to wait for them to finish my prescription. The most recent happen yesterday and today I called in my prescriptions yesterday i spoke to a gentleman there. I went over the ones that needed to be filled. He assured me that they will be ready today. With no issue, I call in to verify that they are ready for pickup one. They're still being processed one. They were confused about, and one they were trying to say my insurance didn't cover what it does. And one they claimed, I did not even call in which I know I did, because it's the same routine every 30 to 60 days. But the representative brandi, he gets offended because i'm a little upset because it's always an issue. Always now instead of saying, we apologize for what's been going on. She focuses on that my voice was raised a little bit was not yelling. Just a little higher tone. But they will have excuses on why they can't hold to their word of the timeframe that they give their customers. I think it's okay. If this one wasn't so close to my house and the timeframe did not work for what I needed. I know my business isn't massive. Hell. It's a drop in the hand but still it would go somewhere else

    Wait times are horrible in the afternoons. Wait times for filling a prescription is always days after your requested date. Counter help is awesome though

    This pharmacy made me go to check if my medicine was ready after more than 36 hours of sending the prescription to this place, when I arrive at that moment I send it to process the person in front I don't know what happens or they will be forgotten, I have a throat infection and after 1 more day if my medicine became bigger my pain from the infection since I started to increase the discomfort and pain more. Please pay attention to this I have to go to the doctor on Monday for a check-up and I haven't seen if the medicine works for 1 day and a half and it's heavy since it's not pleasant at all to be sick

    Shout out to John. I think he was a manager. I was looking for a frozen pizza that was out of stock at the Frys near my house. At my normal Frys, I asked 4 different people on 2 different days if they had any more and I got the normal answer. "I don't think so" and "I don't know." Is it sad I'm used to these answers? Not at John's store! He stopped what he was doing, looked it up on his device, said they had some in the back and he'd go check for me. Unfortunately, the stock was wrong. John said he's going to adjust the stock and if I came back in a few days, he would give me the frozen pizza for free because the the inconvenience. I turned down the offer because he simply did what I expected an employee to do. He helped. He was willing to go above and beyond and that in itself is enough. Thanks John!!
