Very cute and clean place. The wait time was relatively short compared to traditional urgent cares. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, timely, and personable. The provider was great and quick as well

The "healthcare worker" who was at the front desk 2/2 @ 3:15 was incredibly rude to my partner and I. She started the conversation off hostile and refused to see us without an insurance card. I told her I was trying to get his information and I thought he had AHCCCS, after searching and trying to lo in to the several websites without success, I offered to cash pay. She refused to see my very sick partner, as "people with AHCCCS can't cash pay," it's apparently a "policy." Which sounds ridiculous. Who can't pay a business for service? Does a business not exist to make money? After much searching, we got frustrated with her "customer service" and left. Turns out he didn't even have AHCCCS, his mom gave us the insurance card and we saw their teledoc service. I have never received customer service so poor in my life. I now know the reason why there was open availability for appointments here, because no one wants to deal with the complete and utter lack of empathy present at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location, or better yet, search your insurance companies website for teledoc services, because they actually know how to treat people with kindness and empathy. Wish I took down this gal's name so I could properly advice on who gave us the biggest attitude and least amount of help possible.

The lady at the counter was extremely, excessively, unprofessionally rude. There are 100 different ways she could have behaved, she chose ugly, rude and mean. If she hates her job she should do something else. Might i suggest a career where she doesn't talk to people

A great little place to go when you’re not feeling well and don’t want to go to urgent care or a big doctor. They take insurance and usually have a short wait if you get there early enough. There is a pharmacy right there in Fry’s that can get your medicine if you need to hear I highly recommend this
