Thank again to the people of Peral Vision in Southern Mesa. I highly recommend this facility.

I completed forms online stating, "No, I do not want a retinal exam, for detecting cataracts." Clearly states on the form recommend for people over age 40. At check out I was told I owed $40 for the retinal exam. I told the guy I said NO to this service on the forms. He was waiting for the doctor to come up to discuss but he couldn't be found. So eventually I was told they wouldn't charge me for it. Very shady practices.
