We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. I did not read the name on the top of the page ( it was waaayyy to smalll). So I made am appointment for today ( different location in Scottsdale ) and was very surprised that in fact I don’t have a vision coverage on my plan and I was given wrong person information and was scheduled an appointment with different person insurance benefits. Fraud and scam !!!!
