  After 2 years I'm finally willing to try therapy again and realized I never made a review of this place. North Light's practices are why I have avoided even attempting to go back to therapy since January 2023. I ended up missing two appointments. I will admit they didn't make it into my calendar but you would think after the first one someone would have contacted me for the no show payment. After the 2nd one they should have been performing a wellness check as a mental health clinic. I never got an appointment reminder for either appointment and up to that point I had never missed an appointment and would call in advance to switch to a tele appointment if I knew I wasn't gonna make it. I got a bill. That's it. This company apparently only cares about money and not their patients. DONT NOT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE IF YOU KILL YOURSELF

  Terrible terrible terrible do not go here. They never even answer their phone and will bill you incorrectly.

  This office is amazing; the front office staff are always super nice and accommodating at getting me checked in or handling any other questions that I have. Have been seeing Bobbi Vogelsang now for several months, what an incredible person to help me navigate the challenges that this year has brought my way. I could not have imagined a better person and am so happy that I made the decision to seek help here.
