Really bad service and they are always changing their “services” one person says one thing then the other another. We been with them for a long time…, it’s just a lil irritating when you spend 2k with them and still have to pay if something happens to your glasses even when you have warranty. Last time.

The Experience was A1 across the board! The Doctor was Amazing and so nice, super thorough! They take Retinal Images so I didn't have to be dilated! The Doctor showed me the photos and let me know about all the inner workings and health of my eyes! The LensCrafters associates were all so nice and helpful with finding me the perfect pair of glasses! I Highly Recommend DNA Eyegroup and LensCrafters for your eye health check and glasses needs!

Tonae was amazing! Helped me out, figuring out what lenses I needed my budget, etc. not my first time and it was overdue by 2 years. I was told 7-10 days for my new glasses… guess what? 4 days. I can see clear now. I definitely recommend this place, and Tonae, is such a fantastic person. Even the eye exam was ok too. Great experience for sure everyone is so nice! When I went to pick up my glasses, I could tell everyone was busy, the gentleman that helped me was nice too. Didn’t catch his name… Recommend 10x

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
