Called and asked to clarify if I was speaking to the location I needed to go to (not this one) they said yes and I specifically said the appointment type I need. Scheduled the appointment and clarified at the end again, that the appointment was power/60 location. They confirmed. Went to power/60 location to be told we were scheduled at stapley and that the more in depth exam was not part of the scheduled exam we had! Not the first issue I’ve had with the stapley location either.
