I call after the holiday and someone says “just waiting on the robot to count it, it should be ready in 2 hours”. 3 hours later I call and it’s out of stock for 3 more days. No courtesy call or text notifying me. Seems like they will tell you whatever to get you off the phone. How could you say my prescription is actively being filled and it’s not even in stock.
