She hates her job and the fact that customers exist. She should probably find a new job if she's so unhappy in her current position.

They have a great online portal within the Fry's grocery app that makes ordering refills and checking on the status of your prescription super easy without having to make any phone calls. We switched to Fry's at the recommendation of my mother in law, she said we wouldn't regret it and she was right! Sometimes they get a little busy and right now they don't have enough staff to keep the drive thru open on a regular basis which is why I only gave them 4 stars.
