The representatives at Frys Pharmacy are always rude and act as if they are bothered by you coming in to get your prescription. No customer service skills. I finally had way too many bad experiences, that I sought out where to place a review. I just switched my medications to Walmart where they were extremely kind to take my call and more than happy to call and get my prescriptions sent over. I’ll make the extra 5 min drive for a decent interaction.
