  I cannot recommend this dialysis center due to the experience my husband had while under their care.  From the beginning of his treatments, they knew he had very limited mobility,  yet they were unwilling to help him.  Many times he was put in very dangerous situations.  He required mobility assistance and they walked away causing him to almost fall if I were not there to help him.  The staff was very uncaring and this created a very stressful time for him and I.

  I have a relaxing time. Well, I'm there. They give you headphones to the t. V it blacks the other noises out. The chairs are overall comfortable the staff is great. They know what they're doing.

  I have been on dialysis for years. When the alarms go off on your dialysis machine, your machine keeps running but the clock stops on your treatment. Which adds time to your treatment. The management are bullies they talk to u like you are stupid. Keep track of everything they tell u. Take notes of your put on time and your alarm times. It took them 15 minutes to turn off one of my alarms. They only have two people in each unit and if one goes to lunch for 30mins. They leave only 1 tech in that unit and they miss the alarms TOTALLY SHORT STAFFED. Management ARE BULLIES. Do your research before committing to a treatment center.

  A new review .The tech and nurses are awesome. Upper management, the directors and 1 social worker are bullies.They talk to you like your a child bullying is th correct word. They changed times with out asking and you no chose. I am strong person.How do the treat the patients who can't stand up for them selves. This facility needs to watched my the state and medicare. And always asked about the treatment you are getting. Double check you blood test.Cause they often don't tell if your blood count is low. Beware of this facility.
