This provider is as one of the best I’ve experienced! He provided information specifically for me for my job on which glasses to get. Very good. I’m going to refer him to my family and friends!

The doctor was great, however when I got my new glasses I told the person the front that they weren’t right and I couldn’t see out of the right lens, she told me to “just put them on when you first get up in the morning” and wear them all day and my eyes would get used to them. I tried that it didn’t work. I called them back and told them they weren’t right. So I had to go back again and have another exam only to find out that the lens was measured wrong and needed to be replaced. I live 60 miles away from this store so I made all those trips for nothing. I told them the glasses were not right in the beginning. Would like some compensation for the time and mileage.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients).
