I went to one of their competitors for many years and found the quality of lens to be bad and over priced. LensCrafters had very nice frames and professional quality lenses. Staff was very knowledgeable about the products and the exams were very detailed. It was a very positive experience and I will return to the office in Mesa because of the great experience I had. No pressure to purchase and they worked with my budget.
