  I love the care that I get. I recommend Bharat Nepal, FNP-BC for my primary care. Nurse and medical staff are great!

  I go to the office on Power & Main in Mesa AZ. The office & Dr’s are good to great. This rating is not for them, but for the lady who schedules Physical Therapy referrals. I suspect she's is either overworked or on her phone. I requested a particular PT office. She sent it to another one. And that took about 2 weeks. (The one complaint I do have about calling Archwell Health is that they won’t let me talk to the lady who puts out the referrals.) I called a couple weeks ago & they said the referral had been sent to the PT office I requested. I called the PT office today & they said they had not received a referral. It’s been about 6 weeks since this process started. I presently waiting for a call back from Archwell Health so I can make sure they send it to the right fax number and if not, requesting to speak to a supervisor/management. Changing this from a 1 to a 3 since it got taken care of promptly when I finally got to speak to Leah who handles referrals. It seems that someone in the PT office may have dropped the ball.

  I just love Archwell Health and all the providers and staff that work in both if the offices in my area. I am always thankful for the way I am treated and feel that they really care for your needs. 😍
