Recently I was sick after traveling, and once I received the new medication requests from my doctor, I decided to try this pharmacy. When I stopped by to see if they had those medications in stock, and if it might be ready today so I could start feeling better soon, the lady at the desk was not very pleasant. I called 2-3 hours later, and the lady seemed harried, but after me asking very nicely since I needed the medication at least by that night, she said they could probably fill it. I was able to pick it up, and the lady I spoke with was much nicer at the desk. But, I continued to be sick 4 days later, so back to the doctor, and now new medications to request. My doctor said it was fine to check with the pharmacy to see if they had the medication in stock, but again, a different lady at the pharmacy desk was not very pleasant. I wasn't sure if they would get it filled in time, and I need to try to go back to work tomorrow. I'm trying a different pharmacy down the road. They answered my phone call, were very pleasant, and said they could get it filled by tonight. Honestly, I'm not sure why this pharmacy has such good ratings. From my experience, I recommend going elsewhere.

Their automated refill texts are complete trash!!! I got 2 texts back to back for a request to refill 2 separate rxs. Tried to call in and get the rxs sorted but they never answered. I left a message and they never called back. Why is everything so difficult? The simplest of things you have to jump through hoops. All the employees at the pharmacy need to be replaced with people who actually have customer service skills or send your employees to how to customer service 101

Pharmacy open hours are 8 am, but the place is closed and the pharmacist sees me waiting to pick up my prescription. He's inside but won't open the window until 8:10. We've had appointments for vaccines, and he makes you sit and wait 15 minutes or longer. This place doesn't know the meaning of customer service.
